As you can see there is a new look to our homepage! This link shows up on every page of our site. When online, the customer will see this icon as it appears here. The option to email if no CSR answers is available after a length of time.

To gain access to the admin side of the chat application visit support.georgiaprintco.com and click the following link.

The Admin login screen will then pop-up for you to enter your information and start chatting!

Once chat with the customer is started with another CSR, they customer will move here.

The client will see one of two icons on our main page. Respectively, once logged on the button will change from the top button to the bottom button. If the customer clicks on the button they will be directed to the pop-up shown to the right, where they are asked for a name and email address. They then will submit their request to chat and your admin area will chime “Incoming Chat Request.” You may visually see the incoming request as highlighted at the right.

Customers waiting for a CSR will be located here. Click where it says Visitor and you will initiate a chat.

Customers being directed to a different CSR is located here.
